Blossoms By Angelica  Return Policy

 

  • General Terms

  • All products sold by Blossoms By Angelica  are brand new, some are handcrafted such as the Gubia-needles made by the Artist her self  and are manufactured to meet the highest industry standards. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Products are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. For shipping damage, customers should file claim to the carrier immediately at USPS (United States Postal Service). Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to Blossoms By Angelica  within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. All packages will be shipped after 2-3 business days after submitting your order and if it consist of gubia-needles it may take more time depending on the order volume on the gubia-needle ordered. This may take up o 4-5 business days after submitting your order at  www.BlossomsByAngelica.com or via phone purchases. For customers who have an active Paypal account, make sure that your account is updated with your most current information such as name, address, telephone number, etc. Once we have shipped out your order there is no way we can do anything about your shipment if shipped to a provided and incorrect address by the purchaser. We only shipped Gubia-needles for international orders. We cannot ship materials such as gelatin powder, domes with lids, citric acid, food coloring, flavorings and mold inhibitor. This is to prevent any confiscation on behalf of the customs of your country's import and export facilities. All international shipments may required a fee from the customs facilities of your country to obtain your shipment. International shipments may get to their destination 10-15 business days after 3-4 business days after submitting your order with Blossoms By Angelica.  By submitting your order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. All brands and product names mentioned are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders.

  • Blossoms By Angelica  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy

  • •All order changes or cancellations should be reported prior to shipping and by phone at 872-207-5133. Email is not accepted. If you want to cancel the order for any reason, we will charge a $7.00 dls. restocking fee for every $30.00 - $60.00 dls. orders plus paypal fee for money refunds, $10.00 dls. restocking fee for every $61.00 - $100 dls. orders plus paypal fee for money refund and $15.00 dls restocking fee for $101.00 dls and up plus a paypal fee for refund.

  • •Brand name items may be returned for a replacement, no refunds will be issued.

  • •Product items may be returned for replacement only if bag or container seal is broken or defected. We ship all product in an excellent stage, but due to air shipping; bags, bottles and other products may expand and erupt because of the altitude and temperature change. That is out of our control and we are not responsible for such cause. All clear flavoring will tend to change from a clear to a light/dark amber color due to light and chemical reactions, but will not affect your gelatin's flavor or tone.

  • •Defective return does not include returns for incompatibility.

  • •Blossoms By Angelica  reserves the right to replace defective products or to issue a refund if Blossoms By Angelica  sees more fit.

  • Refunds may take up to 3 days to appear to your account.

  • •There will be no refund for shipping under any circumstances.

  • •All returns require prior authorization and must be returned in the original packing with all products, accessories, and documentation, including manuals, warranties, and a copy of original purchase invoice. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization, call (872-207-5133) and clearly write your phone number on both the invoice copy enclosed. Please keep the reference number it calling to check on the status of your return. All calls should be in the time designed for them (9:00 PM to 5:00 PM Central Time. Monday through Friday, excluding the national and religious holidays). Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused and will be returned to you.

  • What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • This warranty does not cover: Free or raffled products; conditions resulting from consumer mishandling such as improper maintenance or misuse, accidental spills, or alteration; all plastic surfaces and all other exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to normal use.

  • Back-order Policy

  •  

  • If you order an out-of-stock product from us, we will email you when we expect that product to be available. You will be among the first to receive the item. No additional shipping and handling charges will be added when your order ships. Products on back-order will be shipped using USPS shipping.

  •  

  • For international orders, please order tools only, ordering edible materials will increase weight and volume that will cause the shipping cost in the united state postal service. Another reason is to prevent any customs fees in your country or confiscation of your edible materials by the customs office. By ordering just tools you will prevent any problems at the time of receiving your order and us by increasing the shipping cost.
