Returns and credits are offered for damaged or defective items only. Returns and credits cannot be processed without prior authorization. All returns must be pre-authorized by the Customer Service department between the hours of 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (CT) Central Time Monday - Friday. Returned items must be in original condition, resalable condition and returned within 1 week of purchase date. Used or opened merchandise may not be returned under any circumstances. Most returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We cannot authorize the return of overstock merchandise - order often and as needed! Refused packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All discrepancies and/or damages must be reported to Blossoms By Angelica within five days of receipt of merchandise. While we guarantee our products to arrive undamaged and properly packaged, we cannot guarantee that customers will always enjoy the flavor, smell, or function of a product. Blossoms By Angelica makes no warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, as to the fitness for a particular purpose, suitability, or usage of its products. Blossoms By Angelica disclaims liability for any and all consequential damages arising out of and related to the use of its products. The user assumes all risks associated with the use of Blossoms By Angelica products, whether used singly or in combination with other substances, and the user’s sole remedy shall be limited to a full refund of purchase price of product or replacement if it fails to conform to the specifications set forth as labeled.
